• My name is Terrence Warfield. I graduated from Towson University with a BA in Exercise Science in 2020. I have been a trainer for 5 years. I have been working with a multitude of people including athletes, the elderly, youth, and active adults. I was a strength and conditioning coach for a D1 Football program prior to becoming an independent personal trainer. My whole life has been surrounded by fitness, training, and health and wellness.
