Bio: I'm Nate Wratchford. I've been a personal trainer for three years. I love to coach bodybuilders, powerlifters, and extremely dedicated people trying to reach their goals. I served 5 years in the U.S. Army and now have three daughters. I’m NASM certified with CPR/First AID. I have coached over 100 clients, challenging them to push past their physical and mental limits. I want clients that are very serious about fitness. If you need help with a new program, motivation, nutrition support, or accountability, or are someone that needs their ass kicked, I am your coach! Bio: Hey, my name is Megan Kelly (ACSM-CPT), the founder of Meg Kelly training, here to help you pinpoint your goals and coach you along your journey to becoming physically and mentally stronger! My foundation for fitness started in team sports and eventually lead me to the weight room. I dedicated my time to learning proper and effective weight lifting techniques while using my psychology degree to reframe my mindset around the weight room. Now I follow my passion, helping anyone who doesn’t know where to start in the gym build confidence in the weight room and mental strength through physical transformation.

Olie holds a BA from UMD and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. His passion for fitness and training began early on when he dedicated his life to TaeKwonDo, eventually becoming a 7 time U.S. National Team Member, competing in the World Championships, Pan American Games, Pan American Championships, and the World Cup. Since then, Olie has shifted his focus to building strength and maintaining a cut physique, to eventually earn an IFBB Pro Card. Olie emphasizes aspects of both powerlifting and bodybuilding to help clients understand how to program and track their strength gains and build their ideal physique. His favorite client are those with goals and relentless determination!
